Confirmations are auto generated and sent to the email address listed during the registration process. If you did not receive your confirmation, please contact AADE Registration.

Registration/Hotel Bundle Discount Program

Registrants that participate in this program and cancel their hotel reservation at any time, will be charged the $100 registration fee that was initially discounted.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

A full refund of the registration fee less an administrative fee will be granted for all written requests received by June 27, 2014. Please submit cancellation requests to AADE Meetings Services by email or by fax at (312) 601-4856. No refunds or name changes will be allowed after June 27, 2014. A $75 administrative fee is applied to all Single Day and Student Registration cancellations, and a $150 fee is applied for cancellations of all other registrations. No-shows will not receive a refund. You cannot reinstate after you cancel it. AADE Membership fees are non-refundable and no-transferable. AADE is not responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by participants in the event of a program or registration cancellation. Cancelled registrations are non-transferable. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.

Substitution Policy

Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will be required. Substitutions must be made in writing. Online substitutions will be accepted until July 25, 2014.

Other Policies

Registration for attendance or participation at AADE14 and other associated activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit AADE to use and distribute the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, audiotapes of such events and activities.

Recording any educational session content is strictly prohibited.

By registering for the conference, you are also providing permission to receive emails, mailings and faxes related to AADE. If you wish to opt out of receiving any of these materials you may do so during the online registration process or via email. No solicitation is permitted by anyone except by exhibitors within the confinement of their booth.

For security reasons, badge swapping is not permitted. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match his/her identification will be evicted from the conference without a refund. In addition, the badge/name will be cancelled.
